- To support and retain relationships with Toyota dealers to achieve business targets.
- To monitor and follow up on monthly insurance renewals to ensure consistent performance.
- To cooperate with the Underwriting Department regarding premium rates, coverage, and conditions for quotation proposals.
- Supervise, control, and manage a team to drive the organization toward achieving its goals.
- Analyze business opportunities and competitors to develop product strategies, sales funnels, and promotional items.
- Handle cross-functional projects or other tasks as assigned by management.
- Lead marketing reporting activities, including the preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather data on campaign performance, budget usage, and sales trends.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all marketing-related reporting processes.
- Bachelor degree in Insurance or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Motor Insurance.
- Good command in English.
- Computer literate in MS Offices.
- Ability to work under pressure.
