Basic Requirements

Full Time

0 - 3 Year

Bangkok and its Vicinity

Bachelor's Degree

20,000 - 30,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Estimating support
Assisting in the ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes
Working with Drafted Residential plans to perform complete take-offs and Accurate Bills of Quantities.
Liaising with sales, operations, and Estimating Teams
Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate.
Follow-up documentation directed by the Estimating Manager.

Requirements

Degree in Civil engineering.
Experience in both Architectural and engineering plans.
Plan swift experience is Preferred but not essential.
Strong MS Office Skills – especially Excel
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships and engage with diverse individuals.
Proven experience in a team environment.
Forecasting the cost of materials required for the project.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven organization and time management skills, you must be a self-starter.
Experience in a construction Industry preferred but not essential.
Candidate must have exceptional Written and Spoken English.
English test score will be advantage.
