Review planning order, product specifications from cooperate team, International standard, packaging and other necessary things to accurately determine amount of customer volume needed.
Job respondsibility :
-Daily Communication with English speaking Management.
-Prepare detailed production plans, coordinating necessary actions to meet shipment requirements alongside the Operations Team
-Production planning control to align with production capacity.
-Coordinate with planner from cooprate to receive information and apply to planning in local production to achieve target
-Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse, Quality Management, and Facility teams to develop comprehensive project and production timelines.
-Review and manage material status with logistic and warehouse department
-Control material authorize to handling with daily productionbEnsure timely follow-up on order progress, monitor costs, and implement reduction strategies.
-Adjusts amounts for existing producing glove, WIP stock, inventory and for orders of conventional sizes.
-Generate job in MES systems for each production line and station.
- Must have a bachelor's degree or higher, or have graduated from a field related to production planning
- Good communications, organizational and management skill
- Strong and Confident presentation ability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good English proficiency in writing and speaking
