Hr & Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate administrative and logistical management in the factory, formulate relevant administrative and logistical management systems.

2. Handle daily administrative affairs of the company, oversee daily operations and management tasks, including routine procurement of living and office supplies, management of catering, dormitories, and shuttle buses, management of fixed assets, arrangement of customer transportation, and introduction of supplier resources.

3. Facilitate visa processing for Chinese employees traveling to Thailand.

4. Under the leadership of the head of the factory in Thailand, cooperate in the arrangement, implementation, inspection, supervision, and execution of company management tasks.

5. Responsible for the daily administrative logistics work of the project company's office area, canteen, dormitories, vehicles, assets, etc

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with around 6 Month-1 year of relevant work experience, familiarity with local Thai culture, and possession of a driver's license.

2. Proficient in analyzing and handling administrative affairs, with strong organizational and coordination skills.

3. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal abilities.

4. Patient and detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable to internal and external environments, and capable of handling pressure.

5. Proficient in both Thai and Mandarin for daily communication, fluency in English is also desirable.

6.If proficient in Chinese communication, the company gives priority consideration.（Chinese Language）
