Security Operation Center (SOC Lv. 2 Analyst)
Bangkok Bank Public Company LimitedResponsibility:
- Review of tickets generated by Lv.1 analysts to conduct further investigation and incident response
- Lead incident response process and communicate with relevant stakeholders for incident handling or perform SOC's own countermeasure implementation if needed
- Review incident reviews documented by Lv.2 Analysts
- Provide day-to-day on the job training for Lv.1 analysts to ensure their learning and expertise development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity and strong technical foundation.
- Direct prior experience with core security technologies (e.g. SIEM, firewalls, network and host intrusion prevention and detection systems, proxies, vulnerability scanners, and anti-virus solutions)
- Strong understanding of computing, network, and security fundamentals
- Aptitude to demonstrate advanced or expert-level knowledge of security. technologies (e.g. firewalls, DLP, vulnerability management and patch)
- Experience performing incident response in a structured and efficient manner.
