- บริการตอบข้อซักถามลูกค้าของธนาคารทางโทรศัพท์ พร้อมให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์บัตรเครดิต ของทางธนาคาร
- รับแจ้งและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของลูกค้าที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามพร้อมแจ้งผลการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและบริการให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาวิชา
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้
- ไม่จำกัดอายุ
- ผู้สมัครชายต้องพ้นภาระทางทหารแล้ว
