• Develop and execute key account strategies to achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing activities tailored to the business landscape.
• Plan and oversee customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead negotiations and communicate business initiatives effectively.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Modern Trade sales, marketing, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
