The successful candidate will be responsible for overviewing all Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payable activities within the Company.
The Accounts Receivables Executive will be responsible for building strong business relationships with our customers to ensure timely payments, recording payments, extracting reports and following up accordingly with customers Payables teams, and ensuring compliance with the local tax laws as well as Company internal Regulations.
The Accounts Payable Executive will interact with numerous stakeholders from vendors in order to build strong business relationships and to take decisions on various payments platforms available to minimize foreign currency exposure as well reduce financial charges.
Qualifications required:
- University Degree in Accounting
- Junior Candidates / Fresh Graduates will be considered or
- At least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payable position.
Required Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Accounting and Relevant Tax Regulations
- Data Entry Skills
- IT Savvy
- Ability to Identify Posting Discrepancies
- Good command in both English and Thai languages
