- ช่วยบริหารทีมช่างเทคนิคในการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก
- วางแผน กำหนดตารางเวลา และควบคุมการดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อลดเวลาหยุดทำงานและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
- แก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทุกกิจกรรมเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและข้อบังคับ
- สนับสนุนการจัดการค่าใช้จ่ายโดยการปรับค่าใช้จ่ายการบำรุงรักษาให้เหมาะสม
- เป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่งในการแนะนำและสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับทีมซ่อมบำรุง
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรหรือระบบ
- รู้จักมาตรการความปลอดภัยและการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
- มีทักษะการจัดการและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- พร้อมปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงานในอำเภอเขาย้อย จังหวัดเพชรบุรี
