Operations Specialist (Data Analyst)

• Data Management: Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Budget and Expense Tracking: Assist with tracking and managing departmental budgets and expenses, preparing reports for senior management as required.
• Merchant management: Handle merchant onboard processing and address issues related to operations to ensure that process as smooth.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and address issues related to operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Project Assistance: Provide support on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the operations team, helping with planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external vendors, handling inquiries and relaying important information in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software tools.
