- Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales input to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Align demand plans with business goals by collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust for market changes or customer behavior shifts.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decisions and highlight risks or opportunities.
- Participate in S&OP processes to synchronize demand and supply strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
- Familiarity with demand planning software such as SAP APO or Oracle Demantra is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in handling multiple priorities.
- Preferred: FMCG, retail, or manufacturing experience; S&OP knowledge; Supply Chain certification; TOEIC 650+ in English (if applicable).
