- Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their recruitment needs.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates via multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to match qualifications and fit.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment cycle, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide clients with insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and market conditions.
Business Development & New Client Acquisition:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Client Pitching: Present recruitment solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific hiring needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Work with the management team to negotiate terms of engagement, pricing, and service agreements with new clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure alignment on client needs, candidate selection, and process optimization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics for both recruitment and business development, reporting outcomes to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements to improve both recruitment efficiency and business development strategies.
- 5-7 years in recruitment and/or business development, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven experience in generating leads, client acquisition, and presenting business solutions.
- Proficiency with social media recruitment platforms and other sourcing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
