• Develop and implement sales strategies for air and sea freight services.
• Identify and secure new local clients while managing existing accounts.
• Prepare and present proposals and bids that meet customer requirements.
• Maintain sales performance records and manage pipelines.
• Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Plan monthly sales cycles and ensure compliance with sales regulations.
• Expand the logistics business in Thailand and globally through effective sales strategies.
• Identify and acquire new clients in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Logistics Solutions: Provide tailored logistics solutions, including Air & Sea Freight, Cross-border Logistics, and Project Cargo.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop business opportunities
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets (Hunter 100%) and analyze market trends to improve sales strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with transport providers.
• Bidding and Quotations: Lead the bidding process by preparing competitive bids and proposals.
• Conduct thorough quotation analysis and develop pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand business networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 7-10 years of experience in the logistics industry, with at least 10 years in Freight Forwarding, specializing in Air & Sea Freight.
• Proven experience in bidding, quotation analysis, and pricing strategy
• Strong hunting and business development skills with a track record of attracting new clients and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience serving clients in industries such as Automotive, FMCG, Beverage, logistics, Electronics and others.
• No personal car was needed the company driver provided.
• Good communicate third language Chinese, Japanese, Korean or English is preferred.
*If you can speak 3 languages, the salary will not be over 250K. If you can speak only one language, the salary will be no more than 200K based on experience*
