Main Responsibilities:
- Work with schools and teachers to promote the National Digital Learning Platform (NDLP).
- Plan and run training sessions (online and in-person) to help users understand and use the platform.
- Identify problems with adoption and suggest practical solutions.
- Track platform usage and report on progress in schools.
- Provide basic tech support to teachers and students.
- Work with the development team to improve the platform’s user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, EdTech, IT, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, training, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of user experience and adoption in education.
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining tech to non-tech users.
- Experience with digital learning platforms or government education projects is a plus.
- Passionate about digital education and familiar with the Thai school system.
