Functional / Solution Consultant

2. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to design, configure, and implement functional solutions that meet client needs and optimize business processes.

3. Provide guidance and support during system implementation, including data migration, system testing, and user training.

4. Develop and maintain functional documentation, such as process flowcharts, configuration guides, and user manuals.

5. Assist clients with post-implementation support, including issue resolution, system updates, and process improvements.

6. Participate in project management activities, such as project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement of our functional solutions.

8. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to support sales activities, including product demonstrations, sales proposals, and client presentations.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional consultant or a similar role, preferably in the IT or software industry.

3. Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions and their implementation methodologies.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English being a plus.

5. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, and business process modeling tools.

6. Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Basecamp.

7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong team player
