• Act as internal consultant to support strategy development and lead execution of key strategic projects

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Engineer or any related field.
• Age 35-47 Years old.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Business development, Strategic Planning, Financial Planning or related field.
• Customer orientation, self-driven, strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal
• Creative problem solver
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, understanding of financial
• report is a plus

• Holding advanced certifications in sales strategies, leadership training, or specialized education in business development.
• Familiarity with emerging trends, AI toots, automation, or industry-specific technologies to drive innovation in business development processes.
• Demonstrated experience with scaling operations, expanding into global markets, or driving process improvements for business growth.
• Participation in industry conferences, speaker panels, or having published works that showcase thought leadership in the field.
• Additional foreign language proficiency if required for global collaboration and client interactions.
