- Planning and Policy Development : Develop policies and preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and machinery within the organization.
- Team Management: Manage and oversee the maintenance team, including training and developing team members' skills.
- Inspection and Maintenance: Coordinate and supervise the inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling expenses according to the plan.
- Stock Management: Manage the stock of spare parts and maintenance materials to ensure they are available when needed.
- Problem Solving: Identify and analyze problems that arise in the production process and find solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering maintenance, with managerial experience.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with internal departments.
- Knowledge of machinery, production equipment, and maintenance systems.
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with other departments.
