RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, review and/or update inspection SOP, Work Instruction, Checklist, control plan or special inspection instructions (SII) and ensure all documents are updated
• Ensure that Service related products and products comply with API Spec Q2, API 16A and API 6A
• Conduct training on quality control standards and practices to inspectors and technicians
• Develop and implement quality standards and procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis during an occurrence of issue to identify causes
• Identify and analyse quality problems. Liaise with internal departments, customer and vendors to work on problem solving
• Review of in-house and vendor non-conformance and corrective actions
• Handle complaints related to quality issues and ensure that complaints are being investigated with corrective and preventive action carried out
• Conduct internal audits and participate in customer/supplier audits for compliance
• Ensure that quality records (Inspection Reports, Calibration Certificate, NCR log, etc) are well filled up and that corrective actions have been taken in case of deviance
• Create Quality Inspection Test Plan per Engineering Data Sheet and Contract
• Ensure all measuring, monitoring and testing equipment are in working condition and within calibration period
• Liaise with NDT contractors and customer for inspections, generate inspection reports and compile data books
• Ensuring all product quality, process quality and system quality conform to customers’ specifications and internal quality system requirements
• Direct QC activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
