Expansion Manager, ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขยายสาขา (Food & Beverage)

Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project (opening new branches in new locations) and allocate the resources required to complete the project.

Manage scope changes, and communicate internally promptly to meet Cost/Time/Product/Quality targets.

Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project, as well as identify risk and mitigation.

Conduct weekly status meetings/steering meeting with the rest of the team.

Being a mentor for construction or engineering project teams, vendor providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and internal training, and ensuring that their scopes of work are completed on time and within budget.

Setting project performance targets using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the restaurant's operations.

Manage the execution of multiple restaurant build projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveries.

Coordinate closely with the designer and contractor team to align on project timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards Contractor and Vendor.

Have full working rights in Thailand and possess minimum 5 years of experience in a similar dual role, managing both real estate and project management responsibilities.

Strong understanding of the food service or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of successful restaurant openings.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and familiarity with Thai real estate regulations and construction standards. Proven experience as an Expansion Manager / Project Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant or multiple-branch setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality and service excellence.

Good command of Thai and English and computer liter and Able to travel and work in different branches (Bangkok and other cities).
