Responsibilities

Develop menus, and recipes and prepare food according to company standards for Easy Health.

Monitor food preparation methods to ensure that the highest quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen area.


Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.

Supervise kitchen staff in the production of menu items including portion control.

Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock.

Ensure adherence to all safety procedures in the kitchen.


Create cost-efficient systems for ordering, storage, and use of supplies.

Receive feedback from customers on food quality and service experience.


Contact suppliers in order to get the highest quality ingredient.

Monitor sales and sale by-products in order to create promotions or increase sales for specific items.


Monitor stock to minimize the waste.


Requirements
Base Salary at THB 30,000 - 35,000 ( depending on the experience).

Performance Bonus maximum at THB 5,000.- / month ( depending on the performance).

KPI Bonus.

Transportation at THB 3,000.- per month.

Work 5 day / week.

Annual 8 days / year.
