- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for client positions.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Track the performance of placed candidates and provide feedback to improve the recruitment process.
- Research and analyze labor market trends to adjust recruitment strategies according to client needs.
Note: Able to commute to work at the branch office in Soi Ramkhamhaeng 164.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, Psychology, Management, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in HR roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create reports
