We are inviting an experienced manager to join us in the search and acquisition of new partners. We are looking for a professional ready to make a significant contribution to our organization's growth and help find new partners for our ambitious online projects.
Responsibilities:
- Searching, analyzing, and attracting potential partners;
- Working with acquired partners to analyze and improve their activity;
- Developing and implementing partner retention strategies;
- Conducting presentations and negotiations with partners, concluding cooperation agreements;
- Training partners on the platform, resolving arising disagreements and conflicts.
Our Expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or business development;
- Knowledge of active search and partner attraction methods;
- Strategic thinking and long-term vision;
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- High motivation for intensive work and a desire for unlimited earnings;
- Experience in recruitment or sales;
- Intermediate level of English (able to conduct negotiations in the language), knowledge of an additional language is an advantage;
- Excellent negotiation and contract closing skills;
- Ability to identify partner needs, propose optimal solutions, and maintain long-term relationships;
- Willingness to constantly improve skills and quickly absorb new material;
- Ability to remain calm and find solutions in difficult situations;
- Active life position, persistence, focus on results, and responsibility for the final outcome;
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to connect with people;
- Proficiency in PC and office programs.
