- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with insurance underwriting and claims processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication in English speaking, listening, reading and writing.
