We are looking for a Social Media Executive – Content to join our marketing team. This role is not just about creating content—it’s about strategic content planning, execution, and aligning with business goals. You will be responsible for developing structured content strategies, presenting them to management, and ensuring timely execution to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Additionally, you will work closely with senior executives and the marketing manager on special projects, including brand collaborations, partnerships, and product launch events. This requires strong coordination skills, the ability to develop event-driven content, and ensuring alignment between brand messaging and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
•Strategic Content Planning: Develop structured content plans in advance, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand positioning. Present content ideas to management, providing a clear business rationale and expected impact before execution.
•Content Execution & Consistency: Create well-structured and engaging content that enhances brand positioning, ensuring timely execution.
•Event & Special Project Content: Work closely with senior executives and the marketing manager on brand collaborations, special initiatives, and product launch events, ensuring high-impact content support.
•Social Media Management: Schedule and analyze performance across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line). Also, work closely with media agency to ensure that all the ads content have been optimized properly
•Performance Reporting: Track content success, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
•Social Listening & Market Trends: Monitor audience behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends to refine content direction.
