- Employee Service
- Administer programs related to canteen management, employee uniforms, transportation, and locker facilities.
- Manage Canteen, Employee Transportation, Uniform, Locker timely and efficiently.
- Oversee Daily Tasks and Operations.
- Handle employee feedback regarding Employee Services and implement improvements.
- Manage the process Annual Bidding and Contract of Canteen and Employee Transportation.
- Disability Shop
- Manage the operations of the disability shop
- Maintain a basic knowledge of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act, B.E. 2550 (2007), ensuring that all services and resources provided align with the legal framework and promote the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities.
- Employee Service Satisfaction Monitoring
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction with services provided.
- Analyze feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or general affairs. Especially canteen management would be preferable.
- Experience in handling conflict resolution, labor laws, and internal policy enforcement.
- Previous experience in managing a team or handling complex employee relations issues is highly desirable.
