🚀 What You'll Do
As a Process Engineer, you'll support production readiness and ensure smooth machine operations to deliver high-quality image sensor products. This role is essential to maintaining the performance, stability, and efficiency of our advanced manufacturing line.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure machines for new product types and scale existing lines to meet production targets.
- Oversee pre-production tasks, making sure everything is ready before mass production starts.
- Execute instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from our Japan HQ with precision and without deviation.
- Evaluate expired or borderline materials to ensure they meet production quality and standards.
- Monitor daily machine performance, generate reports, and flag any abnormalities.
- Analyze root causes of production issues and apply appropriate corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot assembly-related problems; escalate system or software issues to specialized teams.
- Create and update OCAP (Out-of-Control Action Plans) and operator manuals to help technicians respond quickly and accurately.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or related field.
- Candidates with 2–4 years of experience as a Process engineer or New Product Introduction engineer will be strongly considered.
- Sharp analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a highly disciplined, procedure-based work environment.
- Clear communicator – able to collaborate cross-functionally and report issues clearly.
- English communication skills (TOEIC score a plus, but not required).
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing full cleanroom attire.

- Location: Onsite (Cleanroom work required)
- Fixed working hours with a routine-driven schedule.
- Cleanroom setting—expect to wear full-body protective gear during operations.
- Overtime may be requested occasionally when production schedules require urgent support with prior notice.
