- Install and optimize machines, instruments, and test programs for production, including new product introductions.
- Execute improvement activities to enhance production reliability and efficiency.
- Analyze NG (Non-Good) defects and provide actionable solutions.
- Conduct testing on target devices, capturing and analyzing results effectively.
- Oversee and improve test processes to maintain high-quality production standards.
- Support IC Testing, Evaluation, and Qualification during product development.
- Troubleshoot production testing issues for sustaining products.
- Deliver accurate reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering. Candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering are also welcome to apply if they have relevant experience and knowledge in electronics engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in testing engineering.
- Effective communication skills in English (TOEIC score 600+ preferred but not required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or VBA is advantageous.
- Knowledge of C++ programming.
- Analytical and systematic thinking abilities.
- Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.
