- Prepare the annual budget plan for the department.
- Manage and optimize the IT department's workflow processes for maximum efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of the ERP system in accordance with company policies.
- Develop the budget plan for the company's information technology work in line with company policies.
- Maintain the company's software systems for readiness and usability.
- Control and verify the proper installation of software in compliance with licenses.
- Define computer and server access rights accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Backup server data regularly.
- Establish virus protection and external hacking prevention systems.
- Maintain and upkeep server systems for normal operation and functionality.
Bachelor's degree in a field related to Computer or Software
Age 35 and above
7+ years of experience in IT management
3+ years of experience in team management
Able to communicate proficiently in English
Knowledgeable in server maintenance, troubleshooting, and permissions management
Experience in implementing ERP systems is preferred before considering for the position
