Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Relations Officer to be the face of The REMEDY. This person should have great communication skills, a warm personality, and be able to handle front-desk tasks smoothly. The role includes welcoming customers, managing appointments, and making sure every guest has a top-quality experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner
- Keep client records accurate and up to date
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are always clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide personalized service to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience
- Experience in customer service or as a receptionist, ideally in luxury hospitality, healthcare, or wellness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English, additional language proficiency is a plus!
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, etc.
