Role & Responsibility

•  Identify  and follow - through  on business opportunities  for  portfolio   customers to  increase   their  spending
•  Lead  a high - functioning  by ensuring  store  customer development  team to achieve KPIs
•  Coach team to work effective by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
•  Visit high priority  customers and go in field to understand and communicate market   treads and realties to Head office team.
•  Ensure  the implementation of store market opportunity  model  initiatives.
•   Collaborate  with Assistant store general manager to achieve  store and customer development team KPIs and  ensure operation  excellence.
•  Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others
•  Supervisory  experience in sales and customer service of retail or B2B wholesale  organization
•  Previous sales experience  with track record of achieving set KPIs

 - Team and collaboration across stakeholders in store  and Head office team.

•         Thai Male / Female
•         Graduate Of Business  Administration , Management , marketing , Economics ,computer science or related courses
•         5-7 years of working experience , At least 3-5 year supervisory experience in sales and customers service ,database         management of retailer or wholesale organization
• Self - motivate ,Well -organized , Thorough in numbers
• Proactive , positive thinking and can do attitude.
