- Manage & Control Solvent Paint production process to ensure the continuity of the process while meeting delivery times, quality and safety requirement.
- Ensure to plan the production of goods to meet the needs of customer and delivery on time as customer required.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Improve productivity and efficiency of the process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive seamless operations.
- Strong knowledge in Solvent Paint/Coating manufacturing process would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer, or related field.
- Proven minimum 5 years experience in a production management role, ideally in Coating Industry, Chemical Industry, or related field and at least 3 years in management Level.
- Strong knowledge in processes manufacturing.
- Enthusiastic, Initiative and be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Good knowledge of computer software e.g. Ms. Office, SAP etc.
