Responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for the human resources functions of the Thai company, encompassing recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and actively provide human resource support for business operations and company development.
Take comprehensive charge of the administrative management of the Thai company, including government liaison, assistance with the procurement of necessary qualifications, and the processing of work permits and other related documents for employees.
Maintain a thorough understanding of local laws and regulations to ensure that the company’s human resources and administrative operations are in compliance with relevant local legal requirements.
Conduct summary reports on work progress and continuously refine and optimize processes
全面负责泰国公司的人力资源相关工作，包括：招聘、培训、绩效、薪资福利、劳动关系等，积极为业务和公司发展提供人力资源支持。
全面负责泰国公司的行政管理工作，包括：政府对接、协助资质办理、员工工作许可相关证件办理等行政支持工作。
熟悉当地法律法规，确保公司人力资源和行政工作的开展符合当地相关法律法规。
工作进行总结汇报和持续优化。

Requirements

A minimum of three years’ experience in human resources and administrative roles.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, Law, or a related field from an accredited university.
Fluent in Thai and Chinese.
Familiarity with human resources laws and regulations, as well as local administrative laws and regulations.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in human resources and administrative work within the electronic manufacturing industry.
三年以上人事行政相关工作。
人力资源、行政管理、文秘或法律等领域的大学本科以上学历。
泰语和中文熟练。
熟悉人力资源法律法规以及当地行政法律法规。
有电子制造工厂相关人事行政工作经验优先。
