Sale Officer (Digital Marketing Agency)

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present progress to the management team.
• Upsell and cross-sell Converzilla’s services, including SEO, Ads management, and courses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Sheet and Google Slide
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
