- Willingness to learn on soil treatment solutions for earthworks in civil engineering
- Work out a marketing plan and start implementing.
- Conduct market study and research for new prospects and new applications.
- Promote soil treatment solutions at Geolabs, designers, investors and contractors
- Qualify market opportunities with investors and contractors and start soil analysis with Geolabs to work out solutions.
- Understand the customer’s and or current industry process, map it against Quick Lime based solutions.
- Develop a cost benefit analysis for target customers.
- Be able to connect with the key people across levels of the customer’s organization.
- Develop relations with influencers like contractors, certifying /standardizing agencies, etc.
- Provide technical support and training to customers, especially the early adopters
- Conduct field trials
- Collaborate with production, quality, sales and supply chain teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop & maintain active memberships and participation in relevant industry associations and technical support groups.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in materials chemistry, construction materials, soil mechanics or geotechnical engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of soil stabilization processes and products, or open to learn it
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Thailand and neighboring countries
- Having an experience dealing with Department of Highway and/or Department of Rural Area is preferable
- Able to work in Nonthaburi
