- Managing team organization and task assignment to team member.
- Supervise and managing Application Engineer Team in technical consultation.
- Manages day-to-day operational. Tracks and reports team assignment progress on a weekly basis.
- Overseeing pre&post-sales support of ADVANTECH products.
- Working closely with Application Engineer Team at Head Quarter.
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet customer requirement.
- Collaboration with other Team Manager including both Sales and Operation Function.
- Overseeing the use of technology throughout an organization, including its development and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 15 years of experience in Computer Hardware and Software.
- At least 3 years of experience in Manager Level.
- Experience in Embedded system development is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure with teamwork spirit.
- Have strong service-minded characteristics.
- Good communication in both reading, writing and speaking English.
