Telesales & Sales coordinator (1-year contract and renew)
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (target: 80% calls per day).
- Manage and update the digital platform for logistics and freight forwarding (e.g., pricing data).
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist customers with registration for the M1 membership program.
- Schedule appointments between clients and the sales team.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports every Friday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, logistics or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics-related roles (e.g., Air Freight, Sea Freight, Express Delivery).
