Express Assistant Manager
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Coordinate with customer in order to prepare all related document for Express shipment.
- Coordinate with Shipper for Inbound-outbound shipment for issued Import-Export entry as required.
- Coordinate with all business partners such as Courier agent, Warehouse, transport team to proceed booking, documentation, truck arrangement, etc.
- Follow up with customers, and monitoring the movement of inbound/outbound shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Alert and submit date of manifest and Create job in system (Cello Square).
- Input Shipment details into system.
- Coordinate with customer for booking the order via Cello square.
- Coordinate with LSP for provide the truck as match the date of customer required.
- Provide necessary reports and do other job as required by superior
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics and etc.
- With more than 3-5 years of working experience in Express Service/logistics/export company.
- Knowledge in cargo air Inbound-outbound express and overseeing the daily D2D operation performance related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation.
- Monitoring W/H for pick & pack and delivery express shipment on time.
- High computer skills in MS office Word Excel
- Knowledge API IT system
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Can able to work at Bangna locate area / FYI center Rama4
- Can work under pressure
- Age above 25 years old
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3-5 years up experience in logistics Express service Inbound-outbound,
- Knowledge in cargo air Inbound-outbound express and overseeing the daily D2D operation performance related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation, W/H
