บริหารงานด้านนิติกรรมสัญญา
• ควบคุมและให้คำปรึกษาจัดทำนิติกรรมสัญญาให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง รัดกุมและสอดคล้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการด้านภาษีและนิติกรรมต่างๆ เช่น ภาษีบำรุงท้องที่ ภาษีโรงเรือน เป็นต้น เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบที่กำหนด
• ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนข้อมูลด้านกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบทางราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนิติกรรมสัญญา
• ควบคุมและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทกฎหมายภายนอก ตามสัญญาว่าจ้าง
งานด้านจดทะเบียนบริษัทต่างๆ
• การจดทะเบียนเปลี่ยนแปลงทางทะเบียนต่างๆ
ของบริษัทฯ เช่น จดทะเบียนกรรมการเข้าออก เปลี่ยนแปลงอำนาจกรรมการบริษัท เพิ่มทุนลดทุน
1.การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือระดับปริญญาโท สาขากฎหมาย
2.มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 4 ปี ขึ้นไป
3.มีประสบการณ์ตรงในงานด้านนิติกรรมสัญญา
4.ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี
