- Implement the policies set by the management and ensure successful execution to achieve the maximum results in accordance with the goals and objectives.
- Collaborate in preparing the project budgets from the beginning and work with supervisors to create cost estimates.
- Develop the construction plan for the project, determine the design, usable space, and material specifications (specs).
- Monitor and manage construction work within the department to ensure it meets the required standards and follows the approved design.
- Control and inspect the quality of construction work, prepare documentation for control and inspection. Verify and prepare the summary of payment claims for the contractor and the construction work progress claims.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 10 years of experience in construction and project management.
Special Skills: Strong ability to manage and oversee construction projects. Proficient in English communication.
