– Design and participation in development concept for the automation concrete mixing processes.
– Development, Test of PLC comprehensive software for the concrete mixing plant.
– Initiate and develop the automation and control strategies with the manager.
– Provide technical support as tier 2 on process control system (PLCs, HMI, Instrument, etc.)
– Ability to apply new technologies for continuous improvement, productivity, Safety, Quality, and Sustainability.
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PLC, HMI, MES and related equipment.
– Creation of concepts and specifications for interfaces and function of software modules.
– Cooperation cross team; software developers and
– Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Control and Instrument, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
– Experience in the development of PLC programs according to IEC 61131.
– Knowledge of PLC software development for industrial automation.
– CODESYS V3: Structure Text, Function Box (WAGO, Beckhoff, Siemens)
– Safety controller (Samos) is preferred.
– Object-oriented programming
– Good knowledge in the application of software development and problem-solving methods as well as drive and control technology.
– Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic drawing.
– Good skill of English communication.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Energetic and ability to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate multiple, changing.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
– Candidate needs to pass the technical test on the selection day.
– Able to drive a car and have a driver license.
– Able to work at job site and aboard.
