Senior Training and Development Officer
TOPBEST CO.,LTD.- Design and update skills matrix and training materials
- Design and develop legal compulsory courses, mandatory training, functional training
- Organize company training courses for all participants, including In-house training and public training
- Monitoring and evaluating training outcomes in designing course objective assessment
- Handel for employee training records and manage all relevant reports such as training cost reports
- Handle for operations related to the Department of Skills Development such as training course application, submitting documents (i.e. Sor Tor 2)
- Support orientation for new employees, new managers, trainees, and mentor program
- Support projects as assigned, such as corporate culture and talent management
- Organize activities to build employee engagement, learning development, CSR, employer branding
- Handle for the Performance Management System such as Annual Performance Appraisal, KPI
- Handle for create and update all Job descriptions
- Age 27-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years in HRD, HROD, OD, HRBP experience in manufacturing company with more than 500 employees
- MS office advance level proficiency
- Hands-on experience as a trainer or facilitator in manufacturing
- Experience in skills matrix management and skills certification processes
- Understanding of learning and development methodologies and models
- Ability to effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Self-motivated and driven for personal development and growth
- Agile and able to adapt to fast-changing skills demands
- Must have a growth mindset and be open to moving into other roles within the organization
- 5-day and alternate Saturday work week
