Compensation & Benefits Officer
Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd.- Assist in implementation of the salary and welfare program
- Assist in all payroll tasks, including administrate data of attendance to ensure their validity and dispense payroll to employees.
- Oversee attendance, shift work and overtime working, leave and vacation day of employee
- Control the usage of the time attendance machine (finger scanner)
- Manage the usage of employee card for all employees
- Support all employees on staff benefit: company loan, group life insurance
- Age not over 28 years old
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related field with GPA at least of 2.50
- Fresh graduates are welcomed, or 0 - 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel)
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Able to drive with valid driver’s license.
