Human Resources Supervisor
Soho Group Co., Ltd.Job Summary: As an HR Supervisor at Soho Hospitality, your role is crucial in overseeing and managing various HR functions related to compensation, benefits, payroll, visa, and work permit processes. You will work closely with the HR Manager or HR Director to ensure that our employees receive competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and have their visa and work permit requirements efficiently handled. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and compliant HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in analyzing market salary data to maintain competitive compensation packages. Support the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Assist in the management of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
Payroll Management: Participate in the oversight of the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees. Help review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance with labor laws. Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues. Support finance in ensuring accurate financial reporting through payroll data.
Visa and Work Permit: Assist in managing the visa and work permit application process for international employees. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Provide support in liaising with government agencies and legal counsel as required. Assist in maintaining visa and work permit records and documentation.
Compliance: Contribute to ensuring that HR practices, policies, and procedures align with local labor laws and regulations. Assist in conducting regular compliance audits and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Stay updated on labor laws and advise management on their impact and relevance.
Documentation and Record-keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate HR records, including employee contracts, payroll records, and visa documentation. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain an organized HR document filing system. Support in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis as needed.
Employee Relations: Collaborate with the HR team to help resolve employee issues and disputes. Provide support in handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to promoting a positive work culture.
