Roles & Responsibilities:
• The Head Bartender is responsible to provide the highest level of hospitality when preparing and providing beverages and the role will include key responsibilities such as:
• making drinks, perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard of performance and drinks manual of the venue
• possessing a large knowledge of drink recipes
• work towards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion of all mise end place works, in line with the opening hours
• maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area
• handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the Restaurant Manager
• supervising other bartenders
• ordering supplies, fruits and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar area
• knowing how to do a weekly stock and report to the Restaurant Manager
• report to the Group Mixologist regarding every problem with suppliers, changing recipes or preparations, events
