Customer Service Agent
Soho Group Co., Ltd.Roles & Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers through various channels and responding promptly to customers inquiries with sufficient knowledge in Soho Pizza products.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction with professional customer support.
• Processing delivery/direct orders via all channels from accepting the order, handling the payment transaction process and coordinating with stores and delivery service providers to ensure the correct and timely delivery.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Monthly summarization of the customer complaints and feedback.
- Bachelor's degree,
- Age 22-30
- Able to communicate in English.
- Have experience as a customer service agent for not less than 1 year.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with both native and English as a second language speakers over the phone.
- Great customer service mindset and good relationship building.
