- Study and analyze trends in the crane industry, including customer demand. Examine and assess competitors in the crane market to formulate marketing strategies.
- Plan and develop marketing strategies for crane products to increase sales and market awareness.
- Provide technical advice on the use and selection of cranes, and assist customers in purchasing the most suitable crane.
Provide technical information about products to customers, sales teams, or partners. Offer technical recommendations regarding crane lifting specifications or designs to ensure suitability for specific applications.
- Study and keep up-to-date with technological advancements related to lifting operations. Present new ideas or opportunities to improve the company's products or services. Update information on relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements regarding crane usage.
- Build customer relationships by presenting crane products that meet their needs and applications. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales service to maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and clear communication with customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Age preferably 25-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field
Basic knowledge of engineering or technology related to products or services.
Experience in marketing or sales within the relevant industry.
Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
Ability to analyze data and market trends.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as engineering and sales.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as social media management, SEO, email marketing, etc.
Willing to travel for work in other provinces.

Able to work well in a team.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
