Responsibilities :
• Identify and pursue new customers and opportunities through both prospecting (new hunting) and account management (farming) using company-provided resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and communication.
• Offer tailored logistics solutions to customers, including pricing and options, and follow up to successfully close sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Regularly monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports as required.
• Conduct sales analysis and forecasting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and accurate reporting.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years and above of Logistic/Transport Business Development experience in freight forwarding service with Proven sales track record. Specialize in Oversize Cargo and Sea freight.
• Good in Thai and English (written and verbal)
• Have at least 5 years in sales team management experience
• Have freight forwarding / logistic MNC background
• Have existing customer base on hand is highly prefer
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Result oriented and customer focused
• Proactive, aggressive, selforganized and hard working
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Own driving license and personal car
• Able to travel
