Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight of Processes and Workflows: Manage, evaluate, and continuously assess existing processes, identifying areas where efficiencies and improvements can be achieved.
Productivity Optimization: Design and implement new workflows and operational procedures to boost overall productivity and ensure smooth commissioning, integration, and adherence to established protocols.
Reporting and Documentation: Compile, analyze, and assemble detailed reports that document process performance, status, and any changes made to the workflow.
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize metrics to evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and monitor the success of upgrades and process modifications.
Communication with Senior Leadership: Present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to executive and upper management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Guidance on Implementation: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to support successful implementation and adoption of process improvements across teams.
Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, such as HAZOP studies, to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards in process changes.

Managerial Skills Required:

Analytical and Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems, interpret data, and drive meaningful improvements.
Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for change.
Change Management Proficiency: Proven ability to effectively persuade and guide teams through process changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in evaluating processes and identifying potential issues or areas for optimization.
Technical Competency: Proficient in process engineering software, CAD, and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Leadership in Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze metrics and data to inform strategy and enhance operational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
10 years of experience in quality management or business process engineering, preferably at a senior level in a complex manufacturing environment.
Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in optimizing petrochemical processes, with a strong track record in driving efficiency and achieving measurable results.
Technical Adaptability: Skilled in adopting and integrating new technologies into existing processes, with an ability to leverage digital tools to enhance process performance and productivity.
