Project Sales Engineering
Kasetphand Group- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and build strong relationships with clients.
- Meet sales targets as defined by management.
- Track the sales process and conduct price evaluations.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, TOR documents, and other related paperwork.
- Develop bidding documents for tender projects.
- Analyze market needs and present new products and innovations to customers.
- Improve existing products and develop new ones.
- Coordinate with suppliers to enhance product quality and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in medium to large-scale project sales; ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Responsible and able to work well under pressure.
- Creative thinker with keen observational skills.
- Excellent personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
