- Lead and manage solar cell projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Familiarity with solar cell technology, design, and installation processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
